Automatic warnings: The system warns if a vehicle is already in use at the same time or out of service for maintenance.
Default vehicles: Set default vehicles for employees that are automatically selected for new shifts.
Maintenance management: Mark vehicles as out of service for maintenance, and the system warns if you try to use them.
Clarity: Vehicles automatically appear in shift schedules and emails, so drivers know immediately which vehicle they're using.
