Antti Tuomola
Founder, product
I'm Antti Tuomola. I have over 15 years of experience in restaurants as an employee, manager and entrepreneur. I've worked in neighbourhood bars and Michelin restaurants, run manor restaurants and a food truck. Whatever I was doing, I was always making shift lists. Sometimes in Excel, sometimes with dedicated software. I was never fully happy with any of them. That's why tyovuorolista.fi.
These days I work as a software developer in a large Finnish IT consultancy, including for ministries and other large clients. I build tyovuorolista.fi at True Solutions Oy with Eemeli.

Eemeli Raninen
Founder, customers
I'm Eemeli Raninen, the other founder of tyovuorolista.fi, and I handle customers and sales. I started working for Antti at Jollas Manor in 2021, and after a few twists we founded True Solutions Oy in 2024.
I'm also studying International Management and CEMS at Aalto University School of Business. Alongside Työvuorolista I've previously worked in communications and marketing, including at visitsauna.com and Aalto University.
Currently I work in the sustainability department of an international chemical industry company in Germany.
